As a visual artist, my thoughts often come as pictures. I tend to talk in metaphors to describe ideas I get from these images. When I was trying to explain the feeling of the community being created by this Kickstarter, I saw a geometric form called an infinite polyhedron.
To share the warm fuzzies of this thought, I made a stop motion short that shows many pieces coming together to make a geometrically regular expanding 3D grid, an infinite polyhedron.
